Change of Mind Returns

Returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, price differences, or products no longer required are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.

Where approved, returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase and products must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, complete, and suitable for resale, with proof of purchase.

A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Additional supplier, freight, delivery, or handling charges may also apply.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Flooring
  • Tiles
  • Scotia and trims
  • Special-order or customer-ordered products
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Clearance items
  • Products that have been opened, installed, used, damaged, or are not in resalable condition
  • Items where the customer was made aware of the issue prior to purchase

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not meet Australian Consumer Law requirements, please contact us.

Where a consumer guarantee applies under Australian Consumer Law, we will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
